Learn what sleep does for you, what happens when you don’t get enough and how to overcome sleep challenges.
Talk with experts from the psychological and brain sciences department, get sleep tips and sample proven natural therapies like massage, acupuncture, Reiki and meditation.
Walk away with giveaways and enter a drawing to win an Apple watch or a Fitbit.
The Sleep Fair is co-sponsored by Campus Recreation and the Center for Health Promotion.
