Nagurney gives honorary lecture at St. Olaf College

Anna Nagurney, the John F. Smith Memorial Professor at the Isenberg School of Management, delivered the Kleber-Gery lecture on April 16 at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn.

Her lecture, “Synergies and Vulnerabilities of Supply Chain Networks in a Global Economy: What We can Learn from Half a Century of Advances in Transportation,” examined critical challenges of transportation-supply chain networks in the global and national economies.

The endowed public lectures, which honor two St. Olaf emeritus professors — Richard Kleber of the department of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and Frank Gery of the department of economics — combine subject areas of both departments.
