Memorial Celebration Set for Professor Emeritus William Mellen

A celebration of the life of William “Bill” Mellen, professor emeritus of veterinary and animal science who died June 15 at age 94, will be held on Sunday, Oct. 28 in the Dickinson Ballroom of the Lord Jeffery Inn, 30 Boltwood Ave., Amherst.

The reception begins at 3 p.m. with sharing of memories and remarks at 4 p.m. All who wish to do so are invited to speak.
