Manning, in Turkey, addresses forest damage and climate change

Professor William J. Manning, Plant, Soil and Insect Sciences, was an invited speaker at the “Adaptation of Forest Ecosystems to Air Pollution and Climate Change” conference held March 22-26 in Antalya, Turkey.

The title of his presentation, in collaboration with co-speaker Elena Paoletti of Florence, Italy, was “Use of the antioxidant ethylenediurea (EDU) to verify symptoms of ozone injury and growth reductions of woody plants under ambient conditions.”
