In light of the COVID-19 crisis, the university has finalized emergency agreements with three of the campus labor unions this week. The unions are PSU Unit A & B, USA, and AFSCME-Unit A.
As part of this process, the Office of Human Resources developed a detailed Manager and Employee FAQ for the campus. It covers topics such as the Governor’s emergency order, working as an onsite employee, working from home, schedules and compensation.
Human Resources has assembled extensive guidance and resources for employees on a dedicated section of the University’s Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). This includes a detailed guide on Shifting to a Virtual Office Setting as well as how to contact members of the HR Employee Service Team who are working remotely. New resources will be added regularly to the website.
