Campus Appreciation Day set for May 29

University staff and faculty, their immediate families and retirees are invited to attend Campus Appreciation Day on the Metawampe Lawn on Thursday, May 29, from 4:30-7:30 p.m.

The event includes a picnic dinner with hot dogs,
hamburgers, BBQ chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, salad, baked beans, potato chips, popcorn and brownies.

Presentations from academic departments, music, magic, games, raffle, karaoke and bingo are among the planned activities.

Volunteers are needed to cook or serve food, assist with games and recreation crew and setting up or breaking down the picnic area.

To volunteer, complete the online volunteer sign up form located in the “What’s New” section of the Human Resources homepage.

In case of rain, Campus Appreciation Day will be held in the Student Union in the Games Room and Hatch.
