Van Develde Receives Rising Star Admissions Award

Kevin Van Develde, assistant director of transfer admissions, was chosen to receive the Rising Star Award at this year’s New England Transfer Association (NETA) conference in April.

Each year, the Rising Star Award is presented to an admissions transfer professional who has less than five years of experience, has made a significant contribution to the field of admissions transfers, shows long-term potential and exemplifies a commitment to transfer students. 

“Kevin has worked extremely hard over the last year in connecting with students and professionals at his community colleges and in his daily interactions with other prospective students,” says Morgan Donovan-Hall, director of transfer admissions. “Kevin exemplifies what it means to be a transfer counselor who truly values and cares about the students with who he works.”
