Hutton’s presentation on June 15, “Space and Place to Inspire: Facilitating Student Communities and Success with Physical and Digital Learning Spaces,” discussed the transformation and assessment of physical and digital library spaces “to keep up with and ahead of an ever-changing academic landscape and to continue supporting holistic student learning.” After the keynote, Hutton led a workshop, “Conducting Assessments to Create Spaces and Places to Inspire in Academic Libraries,” where participants looked at how to incorporate space and place planning and assessment into their respective institutions.
