Flags Lowered to Honor Former United States Secretary of State Madeleine Albright

In honor of the life and legacy of former United States Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and in accordance with a Presidential Proclamation,  Gov. Charles D. Baker has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately until sunset on Sunday, March 27.
