Weekly New Student Newsletter
Next for the U is our weekly new student newsletter, sent directly to new students during their first 8 weeks and 63 days at UMass Amherst. It includes important next steps, tips for a successful transition, and introductions to campus resources and support. Families can subscribe to receive the same updates their student is getting—helping you stay informed and better support your student throughout their early UMass experience. Fall 2025 new student newsletters begin in May.
