If you are interested in learning more about the fast-growing field of arboriculture, the BS in arboriculture and community forest management is an excellent opportunity. 

The program, which is offered through the Department of Natural Resources Conservation, is an immersive and interdisciplinary experience. You’ll take courses in everything from resource economics and chemistry to building and construction technology and environmental design. 

You’ll finish your work well-prepared for a career in the multibillion-dollar-per-year tree care industry. Arboriculture has many career opportunities: all of our graduates have multiple offers to work for tree care companies and as municipal or utility arborists.
