Britney Alcine, a UMass graduate student studying orchestral conducting, has been awarded a full scholarship to attend the Eastman Leadership Academy in Rochester, NY on June 23-26.

Last week, Jessica Embry ‘07MM passed away following her heroic efforts which helped save two children from drowning off the coast of North Carolina. A native of Clarksburg, WV, Jessica earned her Master’s in Music Theory from UMass Amherst in 2007.
