Erinn E. Knyt, Associate Professor of Music History at UMass Amherst, has been awarded the American Musicological Society's Teaching Award for her article entitled "Teaching Music History to Graduate Students" (Journal of Music History Pedagogy 6, 2016).

Ricciardi Receives International Recognition for his Tasso in Music Project

Assistant Professor of Music History Emiliano Ricciardi has recently received important international recognition for the Tasso in Music Project, an NEH-funded digital edition of the early modern musical settings of poetry by Torquato Tasso, of which he is the director and general editor.
