The UMass Amherst Flute Ensemble is a vibrant chamber group within the University’s Department of Music and Dance. Under the direction of Professor Cobus du Toit, the ensemble performs a diverse repertoire and regularly tours, with recent performances in Virginia and New York. In addition to its touring engagements, the ensemble frequently appears at local events, including the Western Massachusetts Flute Festival, showcasing its artistry and enriching the community through flute music.
