Bio for pianist Doreen Lee:

Dr. Doreen Lee holds a bachelors in piano performance from UCLA, a masters in piano performance from Peabody, and a DMA in Collaborative Piano from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Prior to joining the faculty at University of Iowa as Visiting Assistant Professor of Collaborative Piano, Dr. Lee was Assistant Professor of Collaborative Piano and Piano at the University of South Alabama, Adjunct Instructor of Collaborative Piano (Instrumental) at Colorado State University, as well as Lecturer of Collaborative Piano at the University of Colorado Boulder. An active performer, she has recorded the complete flute/piano works of Jacques Castérède (Naxos), was a guest artist at Orvieto Musica (Italy), participated in several nationally- and internationally-renowned summer festivals, and has performed extensively throughout the country as a collaborative pianist.
