Michele Klingbeil, Professor of Microbiology, recently received an Exceptional Internal Service Award from the College of Natural Sciences at UMass Amherst. On April 30, the CNS community gathered to highlight accomplishments of faculty and staff deserving of the Outstanding Achievement Awards and Exceptional Internal Service Awards given during the CNS Recognition Ceremony. Award recipients were honored for research, teaching, staff performance, peer and student mentorship, and contributions to service.
