Reading Seminar in Algebraic Geometry: Anibal Aravena (UMass)

We start by reviewing some of the most basic construction of stability conditions including stability conditions on quivers and how the tilting method  produces stability conditions on any surfaces. We also review the work of Yucheng Liu on construction of stability conditions on products of varieties which is the starting point of construction of stability conditions on every smooth projective variety.
