The quantum cohomology βH(X)ππ»(π) of a variety Xπ leads us to the study of quantum connections. I will explain the definition of βH(X)ππ»(π) and of the related quantum connection, as well as some recent (and not so recent) conjectures that relate the monodromy of the connection to SODs of Db(X)
