Birational geometry of regular surfaces

In this talk, I will talk about the details of two results. One is birational maps between regular projective surfaces being composed by finitely many blowing-ups and blowing-downs. Another is to describe minimal projective regular surfaces being a surface with no regular (-1)-curves isomorphic to P^1 contained.
