Alexander Suvorov

Assistant Professor

Research areas include next-generation sequencing and genomics (RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, DNase-Seq).

Current Research
We are currently examining the relative changes in transcript expression in mammalian organism in response to developmental exposures to several environmental xenobiotics using next-generation sequencing. We perform RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and DNase-Seq approach as well as functional genomics tools to understand mechanisms of long-term reprograming of tissues by endocrine disruptors.
