Our Next Steps classes go beyond the basics, offering essential skills for work and life. Classes can improve your overall effectiveness, making you more valuable in your present job and positioning you for increased responsibility, for moving up, or for trying something new.
Our computer classes help UMass staff gain practical skills for work, home or in the community. The small classes allow hands-on time to practice. Learn new computer skills or add to those you already have, even with little previous computer experience.
Our English language classes help you develop your English language skills by learning and practicing speaking, reading, writing, and listening. Classes are small, enabling lessons to be individually designed to meet learners’ needs.
