Check In Instructions

New Students and Returning Students who Do Not Have Their Key

Before you arrive to campus, please log in to SPIRE>Main Menu>Move-In Reservation/Key Agmt to sign your Key Agreement.  Students who have not signed their key agreement may experience delays when they arrive to campus.  When you arrive to campus please proceed directly to your Residential Service Desk to pick up your room key.  You do not need to make a reservation before checking in for spring.

Students can find a video tutorial for completing your Key Agreement here.

Students who are Returning to the Same Assignment and Have Their Key

Before you arrive to campus, please log in to SPIRE>Main Menu>Spring Check-In to verify that you have the correct key.  By completing Spring Check-In, students are verifying that you plan to live on campus for spring.  Students who are not sure that they are returning to campus are encouraged to wait until they are sure they are returning before completing this form.  Students who do not complete this form may be cancelled as a No-Show and will be subject to the cancellation fee schedule.

Please Note: Some keys have a 'floating' letter, which can be found either above or below the key code.  If all letters and numbers are on your key, then you have the correct key.  Please only mark the key code as 'wrong' if the letters and numbers do not match.

Students can find a video tutorial for completing their Spring Check-In here.
