The Service Request System includes routine maintenance for UMass Amherst residence halls and University Village Apartments. For emergency situations, or laundry request refer to the appropriate sections below. Otherwise, please use the Routine Maintenance Request button to submit your request.
 

Emergency Situations

In these emergency situations report directly to the 24/7 Facilities Service Center by calling 413.545.6401:

  • Door, key, lock or doorknob not working properly.
  • Clogged drain or toilet, continuously running water, or flooding.
  • Loss of heat, power or water.
  • Vandalized fire alarm or security equipment.
  • Broken window or graffiti.
     

Laundry Facilities

Students have access to laundry facilities in all residence halls. If students are experiencing issues with machines in the laundry rooms, please report these concerns directly to the Vendor.
