North Apartment Facilities

North Apartment Facilities Each five-story building will house approximately 200 students in fully air conditioned apartments.  Apartments will include four bedrooms with wireless internet, two full bathrooms, and a shared living room/kitchen area.  Each building will have a laundry facility, mailboxes, meeting room, and a common area/lounge.

North Apartment Occupancy Period

Students can live in the apartments for a nine-month period. The apartments will open the Sunday prior to the first day of classes in September and close the last day of finals for Spring semester. Students will have the advantage of staying in the apartments during Thanksgiving, Winter Session, and Spring Breaks.

North Apartment Rate and Payment Schedule

The rate for the North Apartments is listed on the Rates & Fees page and will be billed through the Bursars' Office. Students who have an assignment in the apartment complex will be subject to the same cancelation fee schedule as students living in the residence halls.

North Apartment Cooking and Dining

The Worcester Market offers products comparable to other local grocery stores including deli and bakery items, fresh produce and household products. Students living in apartment style residence halls can choose from any of Dining Services' meal plans. However, they are not required to be on a meal plan.
