Housing rates are set by the Board of Trustees. These fees fund the operation and maintenance of University Village. All housing fees will appear on the university bill that is issued to students by the Bursar's Office.  Housing Fees do not include a meal plan.  Housing fees are subject to annual increases as set by the Board of Trustees. 
University Village Housing Rate for 2024 - 2025 Academic Year will be billed on a per semester basis as follows: 

• Fall: $9888 from August 1 through January 31
• Spring: $8,240 from February 1 to June 30
• Summer: $1,648 for the month of July
• The Base Room Fee for University Village can be made in monthly installments
