Welcome to University Village Family Housing!

University Village, a new family housing community is designed for University of Massachusetts Amherst students with families and includes a shared community center, play structures and a soccer field. This new community partially opened in August 2022. Approximately 20 additional units will be available for occupancy for Spring 2023. The entire complex of 140 2-bedroom townhomes are scheduled to be completed in Spring/Summer 2023.
