All current Lincoln Residents received a link to the Graduate Intent-To-Return form on February 24th to indicate their interest in returning to campus for summer session and fall semester.  Students are asked to complete this form by no later than March 10th.  Graduate students will have the option to remain in their current room or use online room selection to secure a new space.  Students who wish to return to the same room will be automatically reassigned to their space after signing the Residence Hall contract.  Students who respond with interest in moving to a new room will receive an appointment on March 21st to search and select from available spaces in Lincoln.

Students who are interested in remaining on campus continuously for the summer are able to remain in their apartment for a monthly rate.  Students who are not planning to remain on campus over the semester are expected to fully check out of their room by removing their belongings and turning in their key to the Residential Service Desk by 5:00pm on March 31st.

This summer, Lincoln Buildings 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 11 will be closed on May 31st in order to upgrade the fire alarm systems.  Based on this, any resident assigned in one of these halls who plans to remain on campus over the summer will be asked to transition to a new summer assignment.  Work is expected to complete in mid-August.  Our office will contact students assigned to these apartments for fall once work has been completed.
