Professor Levinsky works for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and sponsors our MCAD program with Professor Stephen Arons. Note that taking one of Professor Levinsky's courses, either Legal Studies 497F, Social Justice Denied: The Disconnection of Socio-Economic Status and Civil Rights in U.S. Law or Legal Studies 497C, Who Owns Equality: Civil Rights Law in the U.S., is required for those interested in applying to the MCAD Program.
