We would like to congratulate recent BSLA alumni Andrew Carrano (BSLA '22) for receiving an ASLA Student Honor Award in General Design for his Project titled, "Boston Anthro-zoo Park: redefining zoos as biophilic public space". Carrano developed this project as his Senior Capstone during his time in the BSLA program at UMass Amherst. Carrano's faculty advisors were Associate Professors Carolina Aragon and Theodore Eisenman
