As nationalist politics reshape economic policy on both sides of the Pacific, how are the United States and Japan navigating their partnership — and what tensions lie beneath the surface?

Join us for a timely conversation with Eriko Stronach ('12), a UMass Amherst Japanese program alumna, as she examines the emerging relationship between the Trump administration and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, and what it means for bilateral economic security cooperation.
