How can landscape architecture promote healing for local communities and the environment?
Last summer, UMass PhD Candidate in Regional Planning and CSI Research Fellow Hongbing Tang led a team of researchers from Boston Architectural College to evaluate the performance benefits of a landscape design project at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. This assessment was recently published as part of the Landscape Architecture Foundation's Landscape Performance Series at https://www.landscapeperformance.org/case-study-briefs/spaulding-rehabilitation-hospital.
