The Town of Westborough has asked the UMass The Center for Resilient Metro-Regions (CRM) to help write its open space and recreation plan. UMass Master of Regional Planning students like Amelia Lavallee recorded community aspirations at the Blue-Sky Workshop planning kickoff.
