In this Zube Lecture, Marc Delouvrier will provide an in-depth exploration of the evolution of landscape architecture. Delouvrier will showcase work spanning 20 years of practice, highlighting how it all began and the key projects that significantly influenced the founding of Marc Delouvrier’s landscape architecture firm, LANDmarc.


Marc Delouvrier is an award-winning landscape architect with 20 years of experience on high profile, large scale urban projects ranging from open-space planning, mixed-use developments, academic campuses, waterfront development, theme park design, urban parks and plazas. Marc’s experience covers the full range of the design process from concept design through construction documentation and construction administration. Marc brings a worldly knowledge of the field, previously working for New York-based firms Thomas Balsley Associates and MKW + Associates where he focused on urban park and plazas. Marc has also completed projects located outside of the United States, including the the Retail, Dining and Entertainment District for Disney Shanghai for SWA Group. Prior to founding LANDmarc, Marc was Practice Leader for AECOM Los Angeles where he primarily focused on infrastructure projects, including the Microsoft Pedestrian Bridge and Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
