Will Jenkins

Will Jenkins is the Facilities and Events Manager for the John W. Olver Building. Will works with students, faculty, and staff from the Department of Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning (LARP), the Department of Architecture (ARCH), and the Building Construction and Technology Program (BCT) at UMass Amherst to ensure smooth operations of the building's technology, classroom, and event spaces.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversees day to day operations of the John W. Olver Design Building for LARP, BCT, and ARCH
• Coordinates facilities, maintenance, repairs, and building services
• Supports classrooms, studios, labs, fabrication spaces, and specialized equipment
• Manages student print room 260A, including ordering supplies, maintain equipment, and troubleshooting printing issues
• Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, vendors, Facilities & Campus Services, and Information Technology
• Coordinates building events, exhibitions, lectures, critiques, presentations, and studio reviews, including room reservations, room setup and logistical support
