Seth is a Master of Regional Planning candidate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management from Binghamton University. He has multiple years of professional experience managing small to medium-sized farms and serving as an advocate for local food systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. As a continuation of this work, Seth plans to explore the role of agriculture in rural economic and community development and its positioning across the rural-urban interface. He is particularly keen to understand how small farms can support and be supported by comprehensive planning efforts, public service welfare programs, and climate change adaptation initiatives.
