Program Information

Students have the opportunity to live, study, and work in Sorrento, on Italy's Amalfi Coast. This program, administered through CIS Abroad, offers courses during both the fall and spring semesters, as well as during the winter and summer sessions. Students take courses at the Sant'Anna Institute, which overlooks the sea and the fishing village of Marina Grande. Through this program, students can take required courses for the Italian major and minor, as well as courses in other disciplines.

Internship Opportunities

In addition to the variety of course offerings, there is also the option of gaining internship experience. A designated Internship Coordinator at the Sant'Anna Institute helps with placement and guidance along the way, giving students the opportunity not just to study abroad, but to develop their professional skill sets, boost their resumes, gain practical work experience, and connect with the local community (making international connections for a life-time). Internships are available in both English and Italian.
