UMass Amherst IT is committed to expanding wireless network coverage on campus. We started with classrooms and open spaces and moved on to administrative and academic buildings and residence halls. Campus Network Updates

As of Spring 2013, all residence halls and Lincoln Apartments have been equipped with state-of-the art wireless Internet access. Wired Ethernet connections are not available in these buildings.

North Village family housing has a high-speed Wired Ethernet connection. There is no IT-supported wireless internet connection.
