A Catalog Requisite instructs SPIRE to automatically enforce a prerequisite for this course. It applies to all sections of the course. The system must find the requisite already met by the student or see that the student is currently enrolled to allow the student to register for a section of this course.

Catalog Requisites are visible to students in the schedule of classes, so please do not repeat them in Class Notes.

Example:  “Prerequisite: Cryptozoology 100 and 105”
