Faculty and staff with Advisor access to SPIRE, you can now review and update online notes for your advisees. Advising notes will be available even when students move between departments, schools, and colleges.
Notes Guidelines
View guidelines for writing appropriate advising notes. Click Notes Guidelines, or use the SPIRE Menu to navigate to Advising Notes > Advisor > Notes Guidelines.
Read Advising Notes
Learn how to view existing online advising notes. Search by student, author, or contact date. For notes that you created, you have the option of emailing a copy of the note to your advisee.
Write Advising Notes
Learn how to create a record of your advising session, called an advising note, for later use by you and by other advisors.
