Minitab is a statistical analysis software available through the University of Massachusetts site license, in association with Five Colleges, Inc. Site licenses require an annual fee due each year in June. If you wish to obtain Minitab under the University of Massachusetts site license program, please contact the UMass IT Help Center at 545-9400, firstname.lastname@example.org , or stop by A109 LGRC (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). You must have your license before you install Minitab.

To obtain a license for Minitab, Complete and return the Minitab Software License Registration Form.
Payments in cash must be made in person at A114, Lederle Graduate Center. Checks may be mailed to the same address, or brought in person. Payment by check, cash or UCard must include Massachusetts sales tax. Contact IT at 545-TECH to determine the exact amount. Your license will be granted when your payment is received.
Note: All software license sales are final! Read the System Requirements carefully to be sure the software will work on your system.
Note: You must have a Minitab license in order to use Minitab 17, Minitab 18 or Minitab Express.

UMass IT provides technical support for installation and license renewal only, not for software usage. We can only provide support if you have registered for a license with UMass IT Help Center, (545-9400, email@example.com ) and have received your Minitab license file. Requests for support must include your full name and come from your official UMass email address.
