Create an email signature for later inclusion in email messages with Apple Mail using the following instructions.
- On the menu bar at the top of the screen, click Mail and then click Preferences from the dropdown menu. A window will appear.
- Click the Signatures button at the top of the window.
- On the left side of the window, click your Exchange account and then click the “+” button to create a new signature. Note: You can change the name of the signature you created by doubleclicking the name of the signature in the list of signatures in the middle of the window. You can edit your signature in the text box on the right side of the window.
- Close the window when you are done editing your signature. All changes are saved automatically.
