- Dean of Students Office. 227 Whitmore 413-545-2684. The Dean of Students Office handles all university policy violations by or affecting students.
- Security Incident Reports. Email: @email for reports of specific security lapses, incidents, reports, or if you have lost a computing device that may contain sensitive data.
- Computer Abuse Complaints. Email @email to report alleged violations of computer and network policies.
