Part 5 of 11: Student Services Center: Course History

The Other Academic dropdown menu is located in the Academics box of the Student Center tab. It contains links to tools for viewing a student's academic record. Selecting Course History from the dropdown and clicking on the double arrows will bring you to the My Course History page.

The course history list on this page contains six columns:

  • The Course column lists the subject and catalog number.
  • The Description column shows the title, which is also a link to the Course Detail page that shows the course description. Select "Return to My Course History" at the bottom of the page to return to My Course History.
  • The Term, Grade and Units columns display the term the student took the class, the grade and how many credits were received.
  • The far right column, Status, indicates the student's relationship to the class. The status is represented by icons which are described at the top of the course history list:
    • Classes completed at UMass have a green check mark.
    • Classes transferred to UMass and test credits are marked with two different types of green arrows.
    • Classes in progress are represented by a yellow diamond.

Above the list of courses is the "Select Display Option" box:

  • You can toggle between Hide Courses from Shopping Cart and Show Courses from Shopping Cart by clicking on the desired radio button.
  • If you toggle Show Courses from Shopping Cart, the Course History list will refresh, and display courses that are currently in the student's shopping cart, indicated by a blue star.
  • You may sort the list by any column using the Sort Results By dropdown and clicking on the Sort button.
  • Return to the Student Services Center by clicking the Cancel button at the bottom left of the page.
