Adobe Campus Agreement
For Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students in a GEO Eligible Position:
Adobe licenses through UMass Amherst are limited to faculty, staff, and graduate students in GEO-eligible positions who need Adobe products for instructional or work-related purposes.
To request access to Adobe Creative Cloud software, fill out the the Software License Request Form in ServiceNow.
Undergraduate students, non-GEO graduate students, and faculty and staff wanting to access Adobe products for personal use can purchase Adobe software at a fraction of the retail price from Adobe's Students and Teachers program.
How to Sign In to Adobe Software
Once your request has been processed, install the Creative Cloud application and sign in.
- Click on Sign In/Out under the Help menu in an Adobe application.
- Enter your NetID@umass.edu. Hit Tab or Enter.
- The UMass Amherst web login prompt will appear.
- Enter your NetID and NetID password in the Web Login prompt.
