The IT Service Desk has a new home on the ground floor of the Campus Center -- located just off the main concourse heading towards the Student Union. The Campus Center IT Service Desk is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, no appointments are necessary. The move to the Campus Center comes after more than three decades in Lederle Graduate Research Center. The new name, IT Service Desk (formerly IT User Services) better reflects the broad range of activities that IT support teams are engaged in, emphasizes delivering service to our community, and is connected to IT service management best practices.
