RESOLVED: Blackboard Grade Submission Issues - Tue., 12/27December 27, 202210:58 a.m. The grade submission issues reported earlier have been resolved. Instructors can now import grades from Blackboard into SPIRE. 8:20 a.m. UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is currently investigating issues related to grade submissions from Blackboard to SPIRE. Instructors may get an error when attempting to import grades from Blackboard in SPIRE. Grades submitted from Blackboard since Saturday, December 24, 2022 at 8 a.m. may not appear in SPIRE at this time. More updates will be posted as they become available. |

Two-Step Login for Retiree Accounts Coming This WinterDecember 12, 2022In late December and early January, UMass Amherst retiree accounts will get a new layer of security with Microsoft two-step login. Two-step login protects your account by verifying your identity using a second device when you log in. This security upgrade will be rolled out gradually in several groups. Retirees will receive an email with specific dates when two-step login is available for their account. |
