ServiceNow Feature to Automate Parent & Child Incident Records - Thurs., 06/01May 1, 2023On Thurs., June 1st, 2023, UMass Information Technology (IT) will enable a feature on ServiceNow that will automate connections between Parent and Child Incident records, as well as automate communication between the two records. This change will allow for more detailed and efficient work. The link between the records will allow for communication of state changes (such as when one resolves one incident, the other will be resolved, as well), comments, activity log updates, and more. |

HR Direct to be Unavailable Due to Upgrade - Fri., 4/28 - Sun., 4/30April 27, 2023Due to an upgrade to the system, HR Direct will be unavailable between 3 p.m. on Friday, April 28th through 5 p.m. on April 30th. Any staff member who needs to report time should input their time prior to 3 p.m. on Friday. The system will not be accessible for anyone to approve time until the morning of Monday, May 1st. |
