UPDATE: As of 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025: Wireless services have been restored to campus. UMass IT will continue to monitor the wireless infrastructure and address issues quickly as they arise.


As of 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025: UMass Amherst Information Technology (UMass IT) is aware of and investigating wireless connection issues affecting campus.

UMass IT is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here on the UMass IT website. Thank you for your patience.
