Campus community members may experience a disruption to wireless and may need to reconnect. Users having network issues after 6:45 p.m. should email @email. More ways to get tech help.

UMass Amherst Information Technology is investigating reports of connection issues to UMass Amherst networks, including eduroam, in some areas of campus starting around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3rd.
- Some devices may connect, but report "No internet."
- Some devices may refuse to connect.
