UPDATE: Wednesday, March 12, 2025, 4:00 p.m.: UMass IT is currently investigating the root cause of intermittent outages this week affecting the campus wireless network. We are closely monitoring the network and will provide updates as available.


UPDATE: As of 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025: Wireless services have been restored to campus. UMass IT will continue to monitor the wireless infrastructure and address issues quickly as they arise.


As of 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025: UMass Amherst Information Technology (UMass IT) is investigating wireless connection issues affecting campus.

UMass IT is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
